The Treasury OSDBU seeks to expand contractual awards to small businesses located in underserved communities to propel Executive Order 13985 and include Historically Black Colleges and Universities & Minority Serving Institutions. We welcome the opportunity to partner with these academic institutions. This innovative procurement practice was established to aid the Treasury Department exceed our overall small business prime and small business setaside goals for Treasury’s buying activities.
